Return Policy
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
- ALL MP3/MP4 purchases are FINAL.
- ALL "made-to-order" products (individual CDs and DVDs) are non-refundable as they are only produced upon your request.
TIME LIMIT FOR RETURNS
- Full Refund Conditions: REFUNDS MUST BE PRE-APPROVED BY THE ACTHEALS BOOKSTORE MANAGER.
- All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt.
- Books, CDs, Student Manuals and Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase date.
- Items must be returned in the same condition as when purchased: unopened (if shrink wrapped), sold and fulfilled by ACTheals Bookstore.
- Defective items must be reported to ACTheals within 30 days of receipt.
- The replacement order will be shipped once the defective item(s) is received by ACTheals.
- Customer is responsible for the original shipping charge and the return shipping charge unless the items were received defective.
- Refunds will be issued to a credit card. No refund checks will be issued. There are no exceptions.
- Any products shipped to ACTheals without pre-approval will not be refunded.
FAULTY PRODUCT
*Please try playing all media in several different players before contacting us about potentially faulty product. Some MEDIA (DVD/CD) will not play in equipment that is not CURRENT technology.
We will replace any faulty product you may receive. Before returning the product to us, please contact us and provide the following information:
- Your name as appears on the order
- Shipping address
- Your daytime phone number
- Order number
SHIPPING CHARGES
We will pay return shipping costs if we request product to be returned as a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)
TIME RESTRICTION TO RECEIVE A REFUND
- ALL REFUNDS MUST BE PRE-APPROVED BY THE BOOKSTORE MANAGER. Please do not return ANY products without contacting ACTheals. Products shipped to ACTheals without pre-approval will not be accepted for refund.
- You can expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you may receive a refund more quickly.
- Time period stated includes the transit time for us to receive your return product (5-10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3-5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5-10 business days).
